Dave is an amazing guide. He has guided on the San Juan for many years and his knowledge of the river is exceptional. The river was pretty turbid and he still put us on many fish (many large Rainbows and Browns). He pays attention to every detail. Thanks for the great time Dave!

I had never fished on the San Juan below the dam before. Dave guided us and we had the experience of our lives. I Caught a 27 inch rainbow, Had a great lunch, but most of all a great experience. Dave is an excellent guide and I highly recommend Elite Fly Fishing to everyone.

Dave guided my wife and I down the San Juan River in an all day fall trout fishing excursion on the San Juan River in New Mexico. I have taken many guided trips fishing in the US and Dave is top notch. He knows this river backwards and forwards and gives excellent instruction!

Dave took my girlfriend and me out on a float trip, and it was her first time fly fishing. He was incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. We caught plenty of fish, had great conversations, and overall had a top-notch day on the water. We’ll definitely be booking another trip with Dave.
