First time using a guide service to fish the San Juan & it couldn’t have gone any better. Dave was awesome! Very knowledgeable guide & will get you hooked up to some fish. Highly recommend Dave. Will definitely be using him for any future float trips!
First I’d like to say Dave is a first class act. He has years of experience fishing and guiding on the San Juan river. This is something that set Dave apart from the others. Something I noticed was he commanded the respect of the other guides on the river. He knows how to get you catching a lot of quality trout and is also an excellent instructor. I had the pleasure to take my family on a float trip down the San Juan river with Elite Fly Fishing. David Torres and his staff very professional and made it a breeze to line up a day trip with my family and film crew. Not only did we put over 100 fish in the net, but it was one of the most memorable trips I have had in 21 season of Fly Rod Chronicles.
Dave Torres and his guides do a great job on the San Juan. Highly recommend Dave! Will be back in the future.
