Alex was very prompt from the initial quote to the completion of the job. His work was efficient and he completed our bathroom repair in a day and even had flooring that matched our existing flooring so the work went very smoothly. Alex and his team did an outstanding job repairing my laminate flooring that was unlevel and made cracking noises and bouncing movements as I walked on the floor. The job was intensive that took specific measures to get the professional results I needed. When Alex and his team finished the job, the repaired area looked as if they never disturbed anything, but the cracking noises and bouncing boards were completely gone. Alex fixed my vinyl flooring issue quickly. Some of the planks seemed to be migrating and creating a gap where the carpeting interfaced. He reset the vinyl and closed the gap. Charged a very fair price too. Elite (and Alex) get a 5 Star Review.
I can’t say enough about what a great job Alex and his crew did on our 90 year old home in Oak Park. The communication was excellent, they were on time and and the quality was top notch.
