Arrived there on Saturday at 4pm, having driven from Gainesville (25 minutes). It was closed, even though it advertises opening hours of 9-5pm on Saturday. Called and they said they decided to close up early, so too bad for us. If they can't keep the store open reliably for advertised hours, don't think if I'd trust them to install my floors.
This is a rip off business, did the worse job on my floors! didn't level or recommend they be leveled. now my floors have air pockets all over! Took them to court and won a judgement against Robert Lawson Floor, was the name at that time and he refuses to make me whole. THIS IS YOUR WARNING IF YOU USE THEM, NOW CALL THEMSELVES ELITE FLOORING! LOL LOL . AND I WOULDNT HAVE PUT ANY STARS IF I COULD FINISH THIS REVIEW.
Great prices, & superior installation ! ....can't do better!!! Very competitive pricing, ...they hang in there till happy!
