Unfortunately our experience was not pleasant. During the initial estimate walkthrough, many items were not included. A written estimate was not given. The 2 man crew smoked, cussed and struggled with the job. The manager didn’t update us on the progress of the job which extended longer than originally stated. The crew left our doors with dirty fingerprints on the doors, walls and baseboards. We had to ask what they were charging for the job and management did not do a final walkthrough with us.
