I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the installation of luxury vinyl in my new construction home. Despite my efforts to have the issues fixed, the workmanship remained below my expectations. The installers were uncooperative in resolving the problem. I would caution anyone considering this company for their flooring needs to carefully evaluate their track record for quality and customer service.
