After coming to Elite for a couple of months I can tell you that every other “Gym” I have gone to before were merely places that had exercise equipment in them. Elite Fitness is a GYM. If you are serious about your training or want to be, you need to be in an atmosphere like this. I have never gone to a gym where the owner actually competes in bodybuilding and is willing to give advice and knowledge for free to those who seek it. I was traveling through and had the pleasure of getting a workout in here. This is a true old school gym with everything you need to train hard, including specialty equipment like a Pit Shark for belt squats, a standing chest press, and more. But the real gem of this place is the people. The staff and members were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely encouraging. Best gym ever—period. This place is all about hard work, discipline, and results. No fancy extras, just an old-school setup that pushes you to give 110% every time you walk in. The atmosphere is raw, the energy is powerful, and it motivates you to go harder and stay consistent. If you’re serious about reaching your goals, this is the gym that will get you there.

My husband and I followed our trainer Shane Williams to Elite Fitness from another gym. Elite Fitness is clean, very organized and has an incredible selection of machines/weights for your exercise pleasure. We have enjoyed training with Shane for the past three years as he’s extremely professional, always considerate to your abilities/limitations, and finds creative ways to make a workout interesting and fun. Thank you, Shane for looking out for us and helping us become stronger.
