I hate to complain but this toilet has looked liked this since Thursday 9/25/25. I come in late and it looked like this till this day as of this post 9/28/25. I know staff and others have seen this because the bathrooms have been taken care of like toilet paper and soaps but this is still here. No issues about the gym I just ask for all gyms and the gym goers please positive hygiene

I have been a member of Elite Fitness for over two years, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I received a call from one of their representatives who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to help, he immediately threatened to send me to collections. Completely unacceptable behavior for a company that expects loyalty from its members. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and will be canceling my membership.
