An older facility with reliable equipment and a large number (16) Olympic barbells! The facility also has a gym for classes, an area for spin class, circuit training, a sauna and a steam room. Easily one of the best facilities in the area in cost and services. Update : Several pin loaded machines are broken or in need of servicing. Pins won't lock, pads are missing screws, and treadmill machines making odd sounds with the belts. There's also a lot of piggy backing to gain access into the gym.

This place is great. It has everything you need and long opening hours. Everybody who trains here is friendly and respectful of the environment.

The worst gym I’ve ever been to – and with a Fitness Passport, I’ve been to plenty. Staff are basically non-existent, the equipment is old, outdated and worn out, and the men’s locker room is broken and largely unusable. The biggest problem is hygiene. The whole place reeks – it’s honestly the dirtiest public space I’ve ever seen. I tried the steam room and could only last 2–3 minutes, not because of the heat, but because the smell was so overwhelming I felt like I was going to vomit.
