Je recommande ce gym! Les entraîneurs sont non seulement qualifiés mais extrêmement motivants, encourageants et positifs. Ils ont beaucoup d’expérience, s’adaptent aux blessures, limitations, âges etc.. Un gym qui accueille tout le monde à bras ouvert et qui vous prend où vous êtes rendu. C’est un endroit idéal pour s’entraîner en famille, autant les ados que les parents ou grands-parents!
