Mark was my personal trainer back in early 2015 for about 6 weeks and was saddened when he has to move and relocate to Southern Cal. Fortunately, I was able to connect with Mark in August 2018 when he offered on-line coaching fitness program. He is the BEST! I have been attending regularly at Elite Fitness for 4 months and I couldn't be happier. I take semi-personal training classes at 5:00 am which is hard to do regularly. My workout group was so welcoming and they hold me accountable for showing up and working hard during class. This setting allows for a strong connection and we keep each other motivated through our online group.
