This gym has been home to me for the past 3 years helping me strive to meet my goals ! Awesome staff as well !

I went here for a day pass since I’m in Wilmington for fall break. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and it had all the equipment you’d need for a solid workout. If I were in Wilmington more often, I’d definitely get a membership.

I think it's a good gym if you are dedicated to fitness. The charges go through Twin Oak, and their system overcharged me, not my daughter, and we joined the same day. After having a conversation with Paula, she worked everything out. I would suggest Elite fitness it to someone.
