Going to Elite Fitness has been part of my regular fitness routine for several years. I've gotten great results from my workouts with Jason. Also, every workout is different so one never gets bored! Both Jason and Michelle are not only great trainers but are nice people too. 😉
Love this place so much. Just did my first session with Emily! My workout was perfect for me. I had been away from the gym for a few months. I was having trouble getting back into it. She totally understood and planed a nice full body workout, to get my body moving again. I will definitely be sore tomorrow in the best way. First impression of the building was so great. Elite Fitness is a great place to get in shape. My trainer Jason knows how to get you going and keep you going from day one. He’ll push you at the right times and adjust when needed. The gym is better than the big box chains as it’s low key environment that doesn’t blast loud music nor filled with wannabe fitness influencers recording themselves or screaming drill sergeant trainers. I am making gains and feel great after every session. Do yourself a favor and sign up for a membership or training at Elite Fitness.
Great, clean and spacious place with modern equipments to workout at your convenience. Jason & Michelle are wonderful trainer and awesome person. I enjoyed working out there at my own pace without waiting ever for any equipment. Thanks for running such a wonderful facility.
