Great family gym. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. No guess work, everyday the workout is on the board/app. The coaches are knowledgeable and can scale any movement. Great gym no matter what skill level!
I love working out there, all the coaches are upbeat, knowledgeable, and expects nothing less than your best.
I love this gym so much! I've felt so welcome from the first time I stepped in there and they did not hesitate to offer a home for my group DanceFit classes! Awesome community of supportive and motivating people!
My favorite thing about EF256 is the encouragement you receive from not only the coaches but the members, too! I cannot recommend this gym enough- whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete!
