The first section consists of machine weights, free weights, and cardio. The second section consists of heavy free weights, 3 squat racks, 3 deadlift platforms, preacher curls, dip stations, chains, etc. The third section is a functional training area with a ninja warrior/cross training rig. Our goal is to cater to different workout styles and provide everything in one place!
