Our high school son, middle school son and middle school daughter have been working out with Melvin for a few years and we definitely see them getting stronger, quicker and jumping higher. A gym that smells good and has good vibes-I'm here for it! I worked my hindparts off (hoping that turns out to be literal). While it was challenging, I felt I coached and supported and will enjoy this full body buzz until I hit the weights first thing Monday morning!
