I’ve had such a great experience with the small group classes here. Melvin is an incredible trainer—kind, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable about how to workout effectively while keeping your body safe. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the group is full of supportive, hardworking people. It’s a place that makes you want to show up and give your best every time. Highly recommend this amazing gym to newbies and experienced gym-goers.
Coach Melvin was a great coach and the workout pushed me! Also loved that he took time out to stretch his clients!

Our high school son, middle school son and middle school daughter have been working out with Melvin for a few years and we definitely see them getting stronger, quicker and jumping higher.
