Thank you Elite Fireplace for sending Les to fix our gas fireplace. He was a pleasure to deal with - prompt, tidy, and so very knowledgeable! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!
Our fireplace stopped working - called another place first who couldn’t get the pilot to light and said we needed to replace the whole unit (to the tune of $5k). Called Elite on Friday afternoon, got a call back Monday morning and they were here that afternoon and fixed the fireplace in a jiffy! So glad we got that second opinion - and we will always call Elite first from now on!
Friendly enough but HORRIBLE at follow up/follow through. Came to our home to look at transitioning current wood fireplace to a wood insert. Never heard back! Went to the store, caught them off guard by just walking in; asked where they were at with our quote since it had been 3 weeks since we last spoke, they proceeded to blame someone because they were waiting on an answer from them about something.
