To whom it may concern, I Pray that you can help bring resolution to this breach of contract with Elite Fence Fence Products. As of today it has now been 6 months and after repeated requests via email and telephone speaking with **** **** and ******** *** , I have NOT received 1 update on the status of the custom railings order, nor the delivery thereof! product looks good but customer service and shipping department are terrible. Paid $720 extra to get a fork lift delivery and i got 2 guys who pushed all the material from the back of the truck to my drive way. I left 3 messages to my rep and contacted the shipping division but never got a call back.Got 3 damage panels and no hinges in the delivery and no reply either.Terrible!!!ignoring a customer who spent 15 k in 1 order is not professional .Will go somewhere else for future fence order
