Communication problems I have contacted them send them all my information and they did not bother to come and give me an estimate and I don’t like to have my information out to people who’s not gonna do the job and nobody should
Excellent experience. Rick the sales consultant explained the options well to help guide my decision, and tge work crew completed the job well and on time for a fair price.
The crew showed up on time and got the fence installed in one day but the quality wasn’t great. Several panels are uneven, and one of the gates doesn’t close properly. I called and emailed asking for someone to come out and adjust it, but I’ve been ignored for three weeks now. They were nice during the quote, but the follow-up has been non-existent. Poor attention to detail.
