loud environment, low pay, and no respect
This place is loud enough to cause hearing damage, they also pay at a much lower grade than any other thread rolling in a 40 mile radius. They will wait two months to follow up with you when the last person quit because of conditions and low pay. They will argue that they need to pay you dirt because they need to train you on a machine that takes probably 40 minutes to learn.
