Had Sophia do my blood work this morning. Very pleasant and very friendly. Great job!
Whoever answered the phone today around 2:50 needs an attitude adjustment. So extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Not very “elite” of her.
Most staff is very friendly, some are rude. I also recieve bills for visits I shouldn't receive bills for. Friends have same insurance as me and get same things done, but don't receive bills.
