Horrible service! Just to go to my home and “check “ what supposed to be the issue with my fridge, the technician demanded 70 % deposit, second, the so needed. part wasn’t the one needed a misdiagnosed! Supposedly it is the compressor! I decided not to fix , the technician took the new thermostat and told they are going to charged me for the visit with was going to be $96.00 and the rest they will send it through mail or on a check, Extremely irresponsible and very unprofessional so called service!! Amazing customer service and knowledge!
They were very nice guys but I paid up front for repairs that did not happen! When I tried to contact the repair person my pleas went unanswered. After having my appliance repaired by someone else I was told that it was lubed to stop the noise and not repaired, shame! shame! I would not use this repair service.
Very good prices and installation was great.
