Me walking blinded in Washington heights and walking into an oasis of vision was spectacular. The service, the knowledgeable staff and even more the doctors. Customer service is 10 out of a 10. I no longer walking blinded thanks to the Gem in the Heights. Not to mention the fashionable frames and even more the prices. 10 out of a 10.
