Upon entering the establishment with the intention of purchasing a pair of glasses, I perceived a lack of attention from the sales/front desk attendant. It appeared as though she assumed I was merely there for insurance glasses, prioritizing her friend's son. She even facilitated her friend's son to see the doctor before attending to me who arrived before them. Don't try to go to this place in the afternoon. It's like pulling teeth to get the employees to do anything and they are rude if they feel you are of no expense to them or an immediate sale. I doubt this review will even hurt your outdated business.
Came to the store. Hours said I could come In There at 9 am it was closed . I was told by a person nearby they don't open until 10 I waited until 10 30 and it was still closed. Fix your schedules. Stop wasting people's time. I'll change this review when they fix their schedules.

The staff is professional and friendly. I always get good advice when I am looking for a new pair of glasses there. They are warm and remember me but are never pushy. Even though I have moved to florida, I still come back to this store because they are the best!!
