Misrepresentation and fraudulent service. I did not sign for glasses.And are charging me for it through Acima leasing company not a credit company.Been back and forth with the leasing company to settle this dispute to close my account because no merchandise received (glasses) but they received documentation from Elite Eye Care that I pick up the glasses. This eye care center is misleading. I ordered glasses for $675.00. They claim to give me credit but when I received the agreement it was from ********************** If I don't pay for the glasses in 90 days. I will be charged I will be charged double the price of the glasses.I refused to receive the glasses.They would not send a cancelation notice to *****.I'm in the process reporting g this eye care. They are misleading, unprofessional and agressive.
inappropriate , employee and customers; they do not use proper tone's with customers. They used several different excuses for a price then proceed to change your glasses. I've recently bought a brand glasses from them they charged me 450$ for a frame. Once me and my child went to pick up her glasses; i've realized they've changed the frame to the union glasses without telling me.
