My nose pads on my glasses were years old and needed to be changed. I am not a patient at Elite Eye Care so I called ahead. A man named Robert told me he could not guarantee they had nose pads that fit my glasses but said to come in anyway, it wouldn't hurt to check. Fortunately enough, they did have a fitting pair. Robert replaced not only my nose pads but also my friends at no charge. Thanks again for your courteous service Robert!
I would give zero stars. Completely unperfessional, different quotes on charges in a matter of days. They called me to make this urgent appointment and then said they weren't sure why the doctor needed me in. First day, they charged me wrong.
