I’ve been using this car wash regularly, but unfortunately my experience has become increasingly disappointing. First, the wash equipment or washcloths have scratched my vehicle, which is completely unacceptable for a business that is supposed to help maintain and protect customers’ cars. Beware of this business and their practices. The management allows their employees to negotiate with the customer on monthly memberships and then arbitrarily increases the membership without the customers consent. The employee told my spouse that the cost for the monthly membership would be $12.00 and then we started seeing charges for $26.99 a month come up on our statements.
