Originally I was glad to have found Elite Events I got a good deal for sparklers, cloud smoke, social media booth but most importantly what I wanted and why I sought them out, a mirror photo booth. This is not the place where u want an event planned. You give them ur ideas and they come up with their own I know they r trying to suggests things but that’s not possible u need to take ur customers opinions and match it not come up with ur own ideas. Definitely not the place to have any type of even here. Thank you for your help but I will be looking somewhere else for my events.
The owner billy is very unprofessional. This place is not the place you want to plan any special occasion. You should take care of your customer and employees. My friend will be taking billy to court for not paying him after doing a job for him.
THANK YOU Billy!!! We met Billy when we were getting a mirror seating chart from RSVP by Rosanna for our wedding at The Legacy Castle. We decided to order a mirrored gold table, chairs, and tables for the money box and cake. We ordered this last minute and Billy was accommodating and professional. I saw him checking on everything throughout the day and you can tell that he really cares about how your event turns out.
