The Elite team was seriously top notch! We are from FL and chose The Magnolia Venue, so planning a destination wedding was definitely scary, but Elite made our process so easy. We used Elite for shuttle services to the Trillium venue for our wedding. Elite was very responsive and reliable throughout our entire planning process. Tony consistently provided incredibly detailed information and designed a streamlined pickup plan for our entire guestlist to get them safely up the mountain to the Trillium for our wedding. I can’t say enough good things about Elite! They were an absolute blessing!! They answered every question we had and not to mention checking in on me throughout the day! The girls were so sweet! Ashley and Taylor were there on our big day! But we were also in contact with Tony, Katie and Kristina! They were all wonderful! Our day went so smoothly and I can not thank these girls enough! I first came into contact with Elite through Katie when I was searching for a wedding planner. I immediately liked her and knew we would be in good hands. I opted for the most expensive option so I would have access to every planning tool possible including their decor. Very nice to work with for our wedding. They do require a full shuttle to leave the venue. So some guests had to stay longer than they wanted. They safely transported everyone to and from the venue while also accommodating the bride and groom to their Airbnb. It wasn't known to us that we had to reach out to the the hotels to tell them the shuttle schedule. That would have been nice to know, or a nice service if they do it in the future.
