Joel has been outstanding to work with as well as his other mechanic. Great small business but with many years of experience in the industry. He is is honest, upfront, knowledgeable, fair, provides transparent itemized pricing, worked with my aftermarket warranty and is quick to respond to questions and concerns. The only downside is having to usually just drop your vehicle off and pick it up on a different day. This is not an issue, nor should it be, for a great auto service establishment.
