First time taking my 2019 Boxter for an oil change at this place. The service was quick and very reasonably priced. Very polite personnel too. I will keep using them to service my car.
Although this is a small shop, it has an outstanding service. The team there are responsive, thorough and honest (a rare thing to find in the auto-repair business). They completed the repair on my Aston Martin and could easily have charged me more and I would never have known, but they identified the issue, replaced the failing component and got me on the road very quickly. I highly recommend Elite.
Joel and the team at Elite European Auto took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my car and did not even charge me for the diagnosis. That level of honesty is rare. Joel clearly knows his cars and has a strong knowledge base, and he explained everything in a simple way. The work quality was excellent and the issue was fixed properly.
