Horrible business practices. Quoted OEM new auto parts I needed as if they had in stock and at a discounted price, to only find out that once ordered the parts from a local Toyota dealer at the same pricing I could get and just lowered the MSRP and charged me $200+ to ship the parts that were NEVER quoted on our CCC estimating platform. It's the old bait a switch game. Hope this business's days are numbered.
