Customer service and communication are sorely lacking with this company. I hired them to deal with the contents of my late brother's house. The second day of the sale (Aug. 3, 2019) they vacated the premises, presumably to fetch their signs in the neighborhood, leaving the back door unlocked. I arrived shortly after the sale ended, and no one was there. Instead I found such a mess, I was absolutely aghast. I met Chris and Pat for the first time yesterday at Elites Vergas, Mn. Estate Sale. Throughly impressed with their knowledge and willingness to find a sale price we would both be comfortable with. I enjoyed the guys very much when they came to Fergus Falls they were very easy to talk to and work and with the items we purchased they were very willing to help us remove and carry multiple loads to our cars. I believe that items were fairly priced for the quality and condition that they were in. And when it came to last day sales they were willing to negotiate and bundle deals to accommodate everyone. These guys were great!!! They are very friendly and willing to help out. Even got a large item into my small VW Bug. Prices were extremely reasonable. The temps were high the sweat was rolling and estates are a lot of work but neither one of them slowed down for a second. I seen them hauling dressers down flights of stairs and cabinets being loaded into trucks. Stellar couple of guys. If I could give more stars I would.
Your staff were beyond friendly. But your company WAY overpriced the estate items. We got there on the last day when everything was 50% off. Still overpriced even at 50% off. Probably why the house was still packed.
I really enjoy their estate sales. Very personable and professional. Very knowledgeable staff!
