Edit: Since posting this review the company has reached out. I appreciate them working with me to help understand my frustration. Picking packages was misunderstood on both our parts they have since try to correct with making me a trailer video. I do appreciate and thank you for contacting me and making the video. We loved our experience working with Matt and his crew from Elite Entertainment! They took outstanding angles without us even noticing them throughout the event. I highly recommend Elite Entertainment for your wedding videography. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Fortunately for us, he was familiar with Gervasi Vineyard. Originally, I didn't plan for or want the wedding and reception videoed then changed my mind at the very last minute. I was so grateful that Matt and his partner were available on our wedding date. I am so happy I chose Elite Entertainment to capture my wedding day! Matt was super helpful with all of my questions, responds quickly and walked me through picking out the package I wanted for the big day. Caleb was the videographer for my wedding day and he did a fantastic job, everyone loved him! I received my video back and it turned out better than I imagined and I am so happy with the results.
