Office staff was professional but Dr. Vazquez has no bedside manner. I brought my mother in here a few weeks ago and it was not a good experience. I will never be back. I’m certain there are better choices. I noticed your response. You obviously did not read my review with enough attention. I said I brought my mother to see you and your bedside manner and overall attitude was rude and inconsiderate.
I had sinus surgery and was very happy with the results. I had very little pain/discomfort after the surgery. Dr. Vazquez and his staff know what they are doing.
Disappointing. I accompanied a patient a couple of times. Front staff, slouched in seat, not professional, i.e. say your name, smile, communicate with back office staff. Office uninformed about status of their referrals, didn't offer to help find more. Dr V is great! Unfortunately, the whole experience matters.
Exceptional experience at Elite ENT. Dr. Vasquez is a fantastic physician, and his staff is top-notch—friendly, organized, and helpful. If you’re looking for an ENT who truly cares about their patients, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!
