Love the organisation & community!!
Score based on customer service alone. After reading other reviews here, it seems to be a recurring theme. I asked to be moved into a more appropriate starting pen for the Husky Marathon and it was declined. Their email said they “couldn’t do it”, and on the phone they said it was “too difficult”, but I think they just couldn’t be bothered. I feel it was a pretty simple request, especially considering the triple figure participation fee. It has left a sour taste and added avoidable anxiety leading up to the event.
Well run event! Looking forward to attending more in the future
This is the perfect company to use for your next exercise event if you like the following: -Getting hardly any inclusions/merch -Paying significantly more than you would through any other company -Training for an event for months, paying to participate in said event, only for Elite Events to shorten the course length, and not apologise or compensate the change whatsoever.
