Honestly I can't recommend this guys. They showed up at my door one day with an offer to blow in new insulation for basically free. Their cost is convenient the same price as the Avista rebate. So I basically sign some papers allowing them to take the rebate as payment. I was told it would take about 2 hours to blow in new insulation. The day the work was done the guys called me to show up early which I should have took as a warning sign.
