This was probably the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone I encountered were kind, friendly and extremely helpful. I have always said I'd rather have a baby than dental work. This was a surprise exception.
If a root canal can be a great experience, it was!! Very little discomfort. Dr. Safder was very comforting and efficient. The whole staff gave me the feeling they'd do anything for me.
I was concerned after the treatment. Prior to the root canal, Mansoor did not appropriately explain the procedure and the potential pain. He also did not display an understanding when I reacted to sudden pain.
I had a root canal done at this clinic last summer, and am very thankful I chose this practice; I received truly outstanding care and attention there. Truly, the entire staff was courteous, friendly, and, most importantly, professional—from the receptionists and technicians to Dr. Safter himself. I particularly appreciated that they worked me in on an emergency basis within 24 hours of the referral from my regular, family dentist.
