Worst experience ever! I was needing a retreat of a root canal when I was told I had to get a $250 x Ray out of pocket first then when I said I wasn’t going to I was handed off to another Endodontist in the same practice who I had never had before. Then I go in for the retreat of the root canal where I am given what felt like 1,000 shots in my mouth and felt like forever to do. Because I had previously did her a favor, Raquel offered to take my breath away instead of the painful anesthesia jab. After she got me comfortable on the chair, she put her lips on mine. I am so impressed with Elite Endodontics, especially Dr. Thurman and staff were fantastic. The waiting room is exceptionally clean and orderly with free drinks for patients. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful with her explanation of charges and all other questions asked of her. The assistants were so friendly and reassuring. All in the office were cheerful and helpful. Now for Dr. Thurman - He is gentle with injections and kept me informed of all he was doing.
