They took the time to understand my needs and offered expert advice on the best solutions. The installation was quick, efficient, and the quality of their work is top-notch(they even kept me updated on the status of certain parts). I also appreciated their excellent customer service throughout the entire process

WARNING: VERY DANGEROUS VAN DRIVERS! I experienced a very dangerous and aggressive driver driving a van for Elite Elevator at a very high rate of speed (in excess of 70 miles per hour) yesterday, 12/12/24 on Clearwater / Largo Road at about 1:45 pm (Van ID: E505, License Plate: QDDI03). He was driving recklessly and nearly rear-ended another vehicle before cutting in front of me causing me to brake. This driver poses an EXTREME DANGER & LIABILITY to the public putting their safety at risk!

Their reputation is probably so horrible because I just saw one of their employee driving with foot on the dashboard and looking at his phone. DO BETTER( HORRIBLE).....

If I had a choice I would give no stars. It appears this company has had a lot of issues based on the reviews. We have had one elevator down for 4 months and the second is about to die. The parts came in just recently for the first elevator but it appears after two days of working on it they don’t have it fixed. Then of course our second elevator needed work and they made adjustments to the doors, however, they made it worse and we had the elevator go down on a Sunday.
