Valerie is not only rude and argumentative, she practices false advertising on Groupon. It very clearly states in the fine print that additional charges apply for certain hair length, textures, and density. It says nothing about the tone of your hair or needing toner, and she will tack on an extra $50 for toner. Hello! Toner is the last step of highlights!
