Elite Electronics has been trying to convince me to use them instead of their competitor for quite some time now. I decided to try their service since they claimed that a larger staff would equal faster and more competitive service and I must say that I was completely disappointed and that my attempt at using them ended up costing my business a significant financial loss. Bad service/overpriced!

The service was a day late. The 2 technician said they brought the wrong tool the next day. The next day the same 2 guys came out and spent a hour or so on the car. The keys were given to a sales man and they left. The car was left in a no start condition the sunroof was stuck open all windows were left down with no explanation. I have used Ellite for years.
