If I could give zero stars, I would but because I can't, so I have to give it a one. First off, the most unprofessional individual I've ever met. Rude, cold, and judgmental- so condescending and looks down on you. Thought I would go to her because she's the closest one to me, but right from the first meeting, she showed me such attitude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Secondly, she loves to rip people off. I have continuous hair growth because of PCOS. Elite Electrolysis has been the best solution for me! I have tried other methods and still had a lot of thick hair on my chin. This method has kept the hair at a minimum. I chose Nancy because of her certifications and I am glad I did. She is the only person I trust. Nancy was able to see me soon after I called. She was very thorough in explaining the procedure. Previously I had opted for laser treatments instead because I thought electrolysis would be painful. It actually was not painful at all. The entire experience was comfortable. I highly recommend Nancy.
