John came out on a Bank Holiday Monday to look at issues we were having with our fuse box. He was up front with the costs and time that he thought it would take, (based on my description of the issues we were having). In addition to the very fair price, it was John's overall service, friendly but professional attitude and practical advice he gave that means that he will be the first person we call if we have any electrical issues in future.
