I was driving down Lexington going toward SR 19 this morning and encountered on of the drivers of the company's van, he was very reckless the road conditions were bad and we were in a school zone with the lights flashing(20 mph) and a 18 wheeler on the other side of us, he was driving right on my bumper I had to allow the truck to move up some in order to get behind the truck because the van driver look as if he was gone to hit me from the rear.
