Chris and Jacob came out to replace and install a new electrical panel in my home. They communicated with me the day before regarding the area they would be working in, confirmed their arrival time and let me know when they were on their way. They got here on time and went right to work. After the panel was installed they checked outlets and breakers throughout the house to make sure they were working and properly labeled. Honestly, I ended up solving what I thought the issues was myself as their technician showed up, however he was courteous, helpful and understanding! I will absolutely use them when I have real work needed! They didn't even end up charging me.
From start to finish, my experience with Elie Electric Solutions was top tier. I submitted a claim, they gave me a call that day and had someone scheduled for the next day. New electrical had to be put in do to power line hanging to close to the street , Chris done amazing work came out more then once to make sure the power company and his work would line up so the power would not be cut off to long (work from home). Came back out to make sure everything was working right due to power company putting in a new line and power going in and out. Everything is working great! (Power going in and out was not due to work done by elite electric)
