Awesome work from the team at Elite Electric! They did our entire dental office, even the parking lot lights. Brad went above and beyond to make sure we got a rebate from the county before his team started, which was helpful financially. I previously had a bad experience with this business, but the owner went out of his way to send me a personal message apologizing for the way I was treated. To me, that just shows how this business is run by upstanding people who care about those they interact with. Even though I didn't get any electrical work done, I'd definitely give them a shot just based off of the integrity of the owner.
I was delivering packages to this place and they had a sign on the front door with instructions on when they would like their packages delivered. I was a little confused by the wording on the sign, so I went in to the lobby to ask about it. The lobby smelled terrible like wet dog and the lady told me that they didn't want the packages right now. Trent arrived on time for the work request - we walked around the property to the requested work, he asked questions and got right to work. He was an absolute pleasure to work with - he cleaned up after himself, asked questions along the way, and completed the work in a very fair and reasonable amount of time, which for me, that was everything.
