I thoroughly enjoyed the class. The instructor was friendly and motivating. The class challenged me and I felt like I got a good workout in. I also was able to weigh myself and get a print out of my body fat /muscle composition etc.

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Edge Athletics! My daughter has done personal training with John for a couple years and the difference in her is amazing! Although she began training to get stronger and faster for softball she also developed an overall confidence in herself that has helped her be successful both on and off the softball field. I highly recommend Elite Edge Athletics and can’t thank John enough for all he’s done!

Our whole family goes to John at Elite Edge! My husband and I, now in our 50s, have gone for over 7 years, and we are in MUCH better shape and healther than we would be without John. I've done strength and Surge, my husband has worked cardio and strength and we just love it! Our daughter started working with John to improve her sports performance to get in better shape and improve her lacrosse performance.
