We had a terrible flood of our finished lower level. Danny arrived quickly and diagnosed the blocked pipe to street was roots. He cleaned us out and explained our options. He gave us referrals and suggestions. His price was fair and once you have used his service you will not call anyone else.

Our shower was a disaster — clogged, backing up every time we ran the sink, basically a mini indoor flood. We tried everything (RIP to the plunger we broke in the process ) but nothing worked. Finally called Elite Drain. Scheduling was super easy, and Danny showed up within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in under an hour.
