Extremely unprofessional experience First of all, you should park on the street and come to the main door — not pull into the driveway, block cars, and knock at the rear entrance. From the very beginning, this person ignored basic courtesy. I asked for his name twice and he just ignored me, which is incredibly unprofessional.
