The guys they sent out, Austin and Terry were super professional. Got to work right away and we're able to find the issue and get my drain replaced. The ladies in the office Dixie and Bethany were super polite, and easy to work with. 100% would use them again.
Have used elite for every septic issue and maintenance. They are quick, friendly, and affordable, and back up their work. The guys that have come out are all polite, knowledgeable, and customer driven. Austin and Kyle are wonderful! They respond day or night and are equipped to handle whatever need is necessary. The office staff, Bethany and Dixie are just the best! Anthony, the owner, was just as helpful! Literally the best crew and service around!
The two repair men that came were very quick in getting to my house. Very efficient in explaining the details of what the problem was and repairing what they did in a very timely fashion. Would recommend them to anyone.
