Very unhappy with the poor care that my dogs received for the week they were there. When I picked them up, the dogs were both lethargic (not just tired), had lost 1 1/2 to 2 pounds each, and had diarrhea. I had weighed them in their annual check up before I took them in. I feel blessed that I found this doggie daycare in Reno. This is by far the most outstanding dog daycare in town. There is thousands and thousands of sq feet for my huge golden to romp, explore and play and tumble with his new buddies. I couldn't believe it when they didn't charge extra for playing ball, exercising your pet or engaging peer play. I am so impressed with Elite Doggy Day Care. The guys are great, the facility is huge and has so much space to run and play. Harley loves it and can't wait to go in the morning to visit all his new friends. I've checked into other Doggy Day Care places in Reno and I don't think any of the other places compare with Elite. Seems like they've got it all!!

This place is unique and fun. No cages, (unless you request one ) grass to roll on, 12 hours of sun and shade. Plus 22,000 sf to hang out in. Nice little retail nitch, too. The two gentlemen that manage the facillity are great. It is nice to have someone appreciate your business for a chanage and the dogs love them. I am so happy I found this place and so is Cleo.
