-0. Don't waste your time or money. They care nothing about the mental health of the patient. The Jacksonville location never answers the phone. Never returns voicemail messages and could care less if the patient runs out of medication. I called several times for several weeks. No answer and no return call. Was on hold for over 20 minutes today waiting for the Jacksonville Florida office to answer the phone. No resolution. Find a practice that cares about the wellbeing of the patient.

I have been receiving therapy for several months now. From Jessica Metz she is very talented and amazing. She helped me work through my brother’s death, ADHD, and found a new diagnosis that is going to change my life. In 10 years of on and off therapy nobody has discovered that I have PTSD.
